Employees at Welling Kitchen and Bath started their work week with some unique visitors Monday morning.
Hundreds of baby toad hopped around outside the business, so many that Kate Wilfahrt says she couldn't open the door. “I walked up to the door and I could barely open it because they were lining it,” she explained.
University of Wisconsin Stevens Point biology student Matthew Rucker says the American toads are likely coming from McDill Pond which is only a couple blocks from the business.
