The issue of gay marriage in Wisconsin has been on a roller coaster for the last month. In one week hundreds of same sex marriage licenses were issued. The next, they were taken away.
 
So where do we stand now? Newsline 9 investigates.
 
On June 6th, marriage in Wisconsin changed. U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb ruled Wisconsin's ban on same sex marriage was unconstitutional... Judge Crabb did not tell county clerks to issue same-sex marriage licenses. But, she didn't tell them not to, either. That's something UW Stevens Point political science professor John Blakeman says was the biggest problem.
