Snow. It’s as expected during Wisconsin winters as Packers games and ice fishing.

When it snows at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, 12 miles of sidewalks, 40 acres of parking lots and multiple stairs, ramps and entrances need to be cleared. While city of Stevens Point crews are busy around town, this state-owned property is cleared by UWSP staff. It takes the efforts of grounds crew members, academic building maintenance staff members and Residential Living student workers to get the job done.
