Alumna receives early Christmas present through Recycled Rides

As they were brought into the garage at Pat's CARSTAR on Monday, Randi Greene asked her 6-year-old twins what they thought it meant that there was a big silver bow on a white 2005 Kia Sedona waiting inside.

"It's our Christmas present!" said Lola, beating her brother Isaac to the answer...

...Greene said the car will change her life. She won't have to get up hours before her work as a program assistant with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point's Child Learning and Care Center in order to take the bus and see her children off to school. Greene, who graduated from UWSP in 2011 with a double major in business administration and psychology, was hired full-time at UWSP in March after working there on a limited basis since college.​
