Sculptures made by students and staff members at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point were on view Sunday at the Human Nature Sculpture Show.
The annual event, hosted at RailSide Farm, started 11 years ago when Bill Schierl and Sarena Melotte met with Kristen Thielking, professor of sculpture at UWSP. On Sunday, the show featured about 40 pieces, which were created from metal, wood, glass and other materials. While some pieces were set up on stands, others were built into the scenery of the 90-acre property.
