Chancellor's column: Tobacco-free campus is commitment to wellness

This week marks a milestone in the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point’s commitment to wellness. On Aug. 25, the campus became tobacco-free.

Signs have been posted in parking lots and on 240 doors of buildings across campus indicating all university property is tobacco-free. This includes sidewalks and parking lots as well as Schmeeckle Reserve and the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station.
