...Karyn Biasca, chair of the Paper Science and Engineering program at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, is well aware of the industry's employment needs. The program, which trains students to be engineers in the pulp and paper business, has been around for 40 years and is the only one of its kind in the state. It has graduated nearly 800 students, Biasca said.
