Sentry Invitation to the Arts, COFAC bringing 'Whose Line Is It Anyway' stars to Stevens Point

Stars from the Emmy-nominated series “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” will share their quick wit in Stevens Point on September 26-27. The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point College of Fine Arts and Communication, with support of the Sentry Insurance Invitation to the Arts, is pleased to sponsor Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood.
Following the success of ABC’s “Whose Line Is It Anyway?,” Colin and Brad team up to present an evening of extraordinary improvisational comedy. They take contributions from the audience to create hilarious and original scenes. The show becomes interactive as audience members are called to the stage to participate in the fun.

Colin and Brad will perform a public show the evening of Friday, September 27, at Sentry’s Theater@1800. Tickets are $20 each and will go on sale Monday, August 12, through the UW-Stevens Point Information and Tickets Office, 715-346-4100 or http://tickets.uwsp.edu. All proceeds will benefit local arts programs.

Colin and Brad were regular cast members on ABC's “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” and the British version on Comedy Central. Both can be seen on the improv sketch comedy show “Drew Carey’s Improv-a-Ganza” on the Game Show Network. Colin can also be seen on a new season of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” airing on CW.

The Sentry Insurance Invitation to the Arts is sponsored by the Sentry Insurance Foundation with the College of Fine Arts and Communication at UW-Stevens Point. Now in its ninth year, the program provides local students – from grade school through college – opportunities to interact with outstanding professionals in the fine arts.
