The Phillip Phillips concert scheduled for May 8 in Quandt Fieldhouse at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point has been canceled.
UW-Stevens Point Centertainment Productions is working to reschedule the concert in the fall.
Phillips is a pop/folk artist who rose to fame after winning “American Idol: Season 11” in May 2012. The remainder of his tour has been canceled because of ill health.
Tickets for the May 8 concert will be honored at the rescheduled Stevens Point concert.
Those who prefer a refund may turn in their tickets in person or by mail between May 9 and June 7 to the University Information and Tickets Office, located in the Dreyfus University Center, 1015 Reserve St., Stevens Point. No early refunds will be made.
