A new director of human resources and
affirmative action has been named at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Pam Dollard will begin her duties Nov. 3.
She succeeds Bob Tabor, who is retiring in
November after serving UW-Stevens Point for 12 years.
Dollard has been director of human resources
for UW Colleges for six years and has 10 years of higher education experience.
She previously held human resources positions at UW Health Services, at the
state departments of Justice and Natural Resources and the State Historical
Society. She received her bachelor’s
degree in business administration from Lakeland College.
She will be responsible for recruitment,
selection, equal employment opportunity, employee and labor relations, payroll
and benefits, professional development and compliance with state and federal
laws.
