Enjoy an evening of music as the Campus Orchestra and
Campus Band present a concert at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
Thursday, Dec. 3.
The performance begins at 7:30
p.m. in Michelsen Hall of the Noel Fine Arts Center. The Campus Orchestra is conducted
by Music Professor Steven Bjella and the Campus Band by Associate Professor
Patrick Lawrence.
The Campus Orchestra will
perform “Lyrisches Andante” by Max Reger, “Clarinet Concerto” by Jeff
Manookian, “O Magnum Mysterium” by Moreten Lauridsen and “12th of
December” by Tracy Scott Silverman.
The Campus Band will perform
“Fiero” by Steve Hodges, “Bourree” by Johann Philipp Krieger, “Toccata for
Band” by Frank Erickson and “Bravada Esprit” by David Shaffer.
Part of the Music Department
Scholarship Series, the concert is $8.25 for adults, $5.25 for senior citizens,
$4.25 for students and free the day of the concert for students with a
UW-Stevens Point I.D. Tickets are available at the University Information and
