Richard T. Ballering

Richard is currently Executive Director, Production for ABC Studios, where he is the production executive for late night series “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and oversees day to day operations of ABC Studios new technology, transportation, set inventory, asset management, and costume departments.

He has been with ABC Studios (fka Touchstone Television) for seven years during which time he has had the opportunity to oversee production on such series as The Knights of Prosperity, Scrubs, Less Than Perfect, Hope & Faith, In The Game, the ABC Micro Mini Series and over a dozen pilots.

Prior to getting involved in television Richard worked as a theatrical and special events stage manager for companies ranging from the Colorado Shakespeare Festival to Buena Vista Special Events. Richard earned his BA in Theatre from UWSP and his MFA in stage management from the University of California in Irvine. Richard currently lives with his wife and daughter in Los Angeles, CA.
