To retrieve the incoming call:
  1. Press the switchhook (or flash, or recall).
  2. Dial [* 8] (the waiting call is retrieved).

To return to the original call:

  1. Hang up.
  2. The phone will ring (3 short bursts) with the original call.

Note: The second call must be completed before returning to the first call. You can call the Telephone Support Office (x2562) to have Call Waiting removed.
