Services
On-Line Directory:The most accurate campus directory is the on-line directory. This directory is updated as information is changed. The information for this directory comes directly from the UWSP Employee or Department Manager. If you notice any errors, you will need to contact the Department Manager.
Printed Directories:
The Telephone Support Office has three (3) directories available. The Campus
Directory, the Stevens Point Directory, and a Surrounding Area Directory.
The Campus Directory is updated each summer and delivered in September. The
Stevens Point Directory is delivered in May. The Surrounding Area Directory
is available in August.
Directory Updates:
If you need to update information in the printed directories, please contact
the Telephone Support Office at (715) 346-2562. Please be sure to check your
data in the Employee Self
Reporting System. The data from this system is used to compile the
on-line and the Campus Directory.
Directory Requests:
If you would like a printed directory, stop by the Telephone Support Office
or call (715) 346-3785 to have one delivered.
Employee
Self Reporting System (ESRS)
To access the Employee Self Reporting System:
- Go to www.uwsp.edu/it/comptech/.
- On the right-hand list of bulleted items, click on Employee Self Reporting System.
- Using your computer login information, enter your User Name and Password, and then click OK.
- Read the instructions carefully. There are five (5) forms that must be reviewed. They are: Personal Information, Address Information, Off-Campus Phone Information, Appointment Information, and Education Information.
- Click on each type of form and review the information. If correct, click on the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.
- After reviewing all forms, make sure the "Status" column is completed. The "Last Updated" should list the current date.

It is your responsibility to update this information. The information you provide is used to compile the on-line and the printed directory.
UWSP offers pagers, and paging service, as needed. A UWSP account is required to obtain this service. All charges are billed to your campus telephone extension. The pager cost varies according to make and model. The service is $1.00 per month.

UWSP calling cards are available for personnel who place numerous long distance calls while traveling on university business. This is a convenient way to make business calls at a reasonable price. To obtain a UWSP Calling Card, call Pat Literski at (715) 346-4130, or plitersk@uwsp.edu. Please provide the following information: name, department and campus telephone number.

If your department would like to set up a toll free number, please call Pat Literski at (715) 346-4130, or plitersk@uwsp.edu. A toll free number enables clients, and/or customers, to have easy access to your department without incurring a telephone charge. The department is responsible for all costs associated with the toll free number.
