On-Campus Services
Conference calling is available on all UWSP telephones. The type of
telephone determines the number of parties you can connect. With an analog
telephone (Plain Old Telephone or Cortelco Set), you can connect three (3)
parties. This would include your telephone, plus two (2) additional parties.
With a digital telephone (6416D+ or 6424D+), you can connect six (6)
parties. This includes your telephone, plus five (5) others.

Speakerphones
All digital telephone sets have speakerphone capabilities and work
nicely in a small office setting. If you require a speakerphone for a
large room, or conference room setting, the Telephone Support Office has
three (3) speaker telephones available for checkout. *To reserve one of
these speakerphones, please call the Telephone Support Office at (715)
346-2562. 24-hours notice is recommended. We cannot guarantee
availability.
Speaker telephones available:
- Soundstation I - analog speakerphone for a conference room, with less than 15 people.
- Soundstation II - analog speakerphone for a conference room, for more than 15 people. Includes additional speakers.
- Soundstation III - digital speakerphone for a conference room, for up to 25 people.
WisLine Audio
An audioconference service that allows conference participants to
call in and allows more than five (5) participants. The cost is $.13
per minute/per site with the department paying all charges. If the
participant is paying their own long distance charges, the cost is $.09 per
minute/per site. To schedule a conference using the WisLine
