purple bulletTransfer Calls

The Transfer feature allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to another extension.

To transfer:

  1. Press the Trnsfr button. [dial tone] The present call is put on hold, and the green light next to the held call blinks. You are given a new call appearance.
  2. Dial the number to which the call is to be transferred.
  3. Remain on the line and announce the call.

    Note: If the line is busy, or if there is no answer, return to the held call by pressing its call appearance button.
  4. Press the Trnsfr button. Call is sent to the dialed extension or number.
  5. Hang up.
