The Hold feature puts a call on hold until you are able to return to it.

To place a call on hold:

  1. Press the Hold button. Green light next to the held call blinks.

To answer a new call while active on another:

  1. Press the Hold button. Green light next to the held call blinks.
  2. Press the call appearance button of the incoming call. You are connected to the incoming call.

To return to the held call:

  1. Press the call appearance button of the held call.
