Insurance Claims:
If you still have your phone, and it was damaged, call the UWSP Telephone
Support Office. We will start the insurance claim process for your wireless
phone.
If your phone is lost or stolen, immediately call the Telephone Support Office (715) 346-2562, so that service can be suspended for unauthorized usage. After business hours, call ALLTEL at (800) ALLTEL1.
If your phone was lost due to theft, you must file a police report and forward the information to the UWSP Telephone Support Office. You have up to 30 days of the incident to file a claim for equipment insurance. After filing a claim, your phone will be replaced in 2-3 business days.
