Reception
Problems
I am in the southern half of Wisconsin, south of Wisconsin Dells, and
I have no reception. My phone is dead. Why?
Your phone could have the wrong settings programmed. Check the following
settings:
1.) Go to the "Settings" option on your cell phone. Then go to "Network", "Roam Options." Make sure this is set to Automatic.
2.) After step 1, go to the "Settings" option on your cell phone. Then go to "Digital/Analog." Make sure this is set to Automatic.
If either of these two settings had something other than "Automatic", this may be your problem. If these settings were correct, then you may have a problem with your handset. Contact the Telephone Support Office.
