Claims (with ProductGuard or PlatinumGuard)
PlatinumGuard/PlatinumGuard Plus is the wireless insurance available on Premium equipment (i.e. All BlackBerry devices).
ProductGuard/ProductGuard Plus is the wireless insurance available on standard equipment (all other headsets).
Claims:
If you still have your phone, and it was damaged, call the UWSP
Telephone Support Office. We will start the insurance claim process for your
wireless phone.
If your phone is lost or stolen, immediately call the Telephone Support Office (715) 346-2562, so that service can be suspended for unauthorized usage.
