Aber Suzuki Center Orchestra

Tim Mutschlecner, Aber Suzuki Center Orchestra conductor

The Aber Suzuki Center Orchestra is a beginning-level ensemble for area string players and aims to meet the needs of players at the middle school level. Membership is by audition. Students are encouraged to enlist their string teacher’s help to prepare the audition material.

Attached are the audition requirements for violin, viola, cello, and bass.  The cost per semester is $100 plus a registration fee of $25.  Rehearsals begin on Thursday, January 17th from 6:00-7:00 in NFAC 143 and conclude on May 9th.  Classes are held each week except for spring break (March 25-29).

As members of the Aber Suzuki Center Orchestra young musicians will develop ensemble and music reading skills, as well as gain performance experience.  Please consider having your child become part of this fun and energetic orchestra.
