public folders are being established. we
will put applications in there and other pertinent information. the
applications will also be available by the bio office later in the semester
(about 2 or more weeks).
our research grant is being established
and we need some tri beta members to review the applications. if interested,
please email Dr. Barta.
if interested in the Minnesota plant/
bio symposium trip, please let Dr. Barta know asap. there will also be
information on graduate schools there.
a neat idea was brought up at the
meeting. we will be reading scientific journals for the first 20 minutes of
the meeting and discussing them. Jared will bring the first article and they
will hopefully be posted in the public folder.
if interested in learning how to write
grants, you can attend an informal meeting at 6 pm in CNR 354 on Mon. Nov.
