400 yd. Swim, 15.5 mi. bike, 3.5 mi. run

Cost is $15.00 for college students, $20 for community members, $30 for college student relay    team, $40 for community member relay team. Includes T-shirt, food, awards, and raffle prizes.

Details of the Race

Registration:

Located in the Quandt gym lobby.

Fill out the form ahead of time found on the race homepage.  Bring to the race to make registration a breeze!

Rules meeting is at 10:45

Swim:

Racers will self-seat themselves according to their 400 yd. swim time.

400 yd. (1/4 mi.) pool swim located in the MAC

You will swim down and back then cross over to the next lane. Continue for all 8 lanes.

Racers will leave in intervals of 10 seconds according to how they seated themselves.

After the swim, exit towards the parking lot.

Bike:

Must wear a helmet

Must get off bike at the beginning of the parking lot transition area.

Run:

New Run Course through Schmeeckle Reserve. See course map for details.

Finish line timers will calculate your total time. We will not be keeping track of split times.

Transition Areas:

Located behind the MAC gym.

 

Awards will be presented after the race.  Awards will be given as follows:

Top 5 Male Collegiate Finishers	Top 5 Female Collegiate Finishers
Top 3 Male Open Division Finishers	Top 3 Female Open Division Finishers
Top Collegiate Team	Top Overall Relay Team

There will also be raffles after the race donated from Stevens Point Area Sponsors
