Spring Thaw/race map.pdf
The Spring Thaw 5K race course starts on the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point campus on Reserve St. It heads north across Maria Drive and into Schmeeckle Reserve. The course follows the winding trails through the beautifully wooded reserve. Over mid way through racers will be running alongside Lake Joanis to wrap around and send them towards the finish. Racers will be brought back onto Reserve St and will proceed to Coleman Field. The last 300 meters of the run/walk will be finished on the outdoor track. This will provide a great viewing for spectators of the finish. Racers time and placing will be kept. Awards will be given for overall and age group categories. See the results link for more info.
