Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch Bylaws Amendment as stated in
the SGA Constitution define the purpose and mission of the Judicial Branch as
follows:
"The Function of the
Judicial Branch, shall be to provide for a fair hearing and decisions for
students on matters related to student organizations pertaining to
A. Constitutions,
B. Bylaws,
C. Regulations,
D. Rules
E. Code of conduct -appellate review"
