Recommendations:

The currently offered Winter Preceptorship program (Biology 499), is an excellent opportunity for any UWSP students that are considering a career in the medical fields.  During our coursework, we were allowed firsthand access to otherwise restricted areas including clinical care, post and pre operative care, emergency care, and even surgery.  This, coupled with excellent mentors, made for an incredible learning experience that would otherwise be unattainable without the careful planning of the school and the hospital.
