What is an OTM? Whether you are a seasoned pro, or don't have any idea what you're doing, you've come to the right place. OTMs, or Of-The-Month awards, are a unique form of recognition available on college and university campuses nationwide. Every month, they allow NRHH to recognize those who have had a significant or meaningful impact on individual residents or the entire residence hall community. Like any good call-to-action, we need your help! If you see someone or something doing a great service to another, if you attended a great program, let us know! We can't recognize them without your nomination. Want more information? The document that is linked below contains information necessary to answer any questions you may have about the OTM submission process, as well as commonly asked questions and tips to write a great OTM.
