Hello everyone,

There will be a bike club meeting this Thursday at 7:00 pm in UC room 111.  It is imperative that you be there since we will be discussing some very important issues for the upcoming sponsorship season.  Some things on the agenda are:

- DUES , please pay dues if you haven't done so.  Paying dues entitles you to clothing kickbacks!!

- Sponsorship information!   Those of you who have written proposals since the last meeting please bring a copy for the other club members to glance over.  We will be discussing these and other proposals in depth.

- I will be bringing a copy of the old sponsorship tier information and we will be updating it.  This information will be sent with the proposals to give the potential sponsor an idea of what they will receive for recognition of supporting us.   BRING IDEAS!!!

- We will also be discussing the newsletter to sponsors and what the contents of it should consist of.

We will also briefly talk about the possibility of club kits including:

§ clothing companies

§ artwork

§ styles of apparel ( such as shorts, bibs, jackets, vests, or skinsuits)
