Hello,

Just a reminder that there is a group ride (road) on Sunday at 9 (link - http://www.heartlandclub.org/calendars/biking/2005/point.html).  This ride is a lot of fun .

There is also a trail work day at standing rocks park at 3 ish on Sunday.  I will be heading out there.  Call me if you need a ride or you want to go.  This is also a lot of fun.
