Halloween candy sale-

  • We got the list from the former president, Anna of the students whose parents bought a bag last year and discussed whether we should try to send letters to those parents as well and decided to gauge it by how easy it will be to get the addresses of the students.  Will talk to Diane to see how we would go about getting the addresses.

  • Ideas of things to put in the bag: granola bars, fruit, candy and popcorn

  • Also would like to decorate the bag so that the recipients realize that the candy is from the Club

Renewal of Magazines-

  • The club has been subscribing to National Geographic and Mammoth Times.  It was unanimously decided not to renew these publications because of lack of students reading these in the projects room

Meeting adjourned: 1:45 pm
