Upcoming Events of the Semester:

• Photo Contest
  • Photos will be given to Dr. Larsen for judging
• Event with the Geography Club of UW-Lacrosse
  • Date: April 14^th
  • Sign-up sheet will be posted on the Projects Room door

  • Location: Wildcat Mountain in Vernon County

• Spring Candy Sale:
  • The letters have been sent out to the parents
  • April 6^th is the deadline
  • Bags will contain candy, fresh fruit, popcorn, soup boxes, etc
  • We will assemble the candy bags on Monday April 16^th in the Map Center from 3-5pm
  • We plan on delivering the bags to the dorms on April 17th
• Hiking at Devil’s Lake/ Cave of the Mounds
  • Date- Saturday, April 28^th
  • Time to be determined

• Manitowish River Canoe Trip
  • This will be an overnight trip (camping along the river)
  • About a 2 hour drive to the river
  • Date: April 20-22nd
• Porcupine Mountain Overnight Hike
  • Date: May 4-6th
• Spring Banquet

·        Date: Thursday, May 3^rd at Sentry

·        GTU will pay ½ of the cost per plate for faculty & students and all of the cost for GTU members

GTU Officer Election
