Upcoming Events of the Semester:

Ice skating/ ice fishing/ snowshoeing on Lime Lake/Standing Rocks Park:
- Saturday, March 3^rd at Corinna’s house on the lake
- Time: 2:00 pm
- Bring a dish to pass/ beverage of choice
- Pizza will be provided
- Bring own ice skates/snowshoes/fishing supplies

Photo Contest
- Submit in an envelope, a photo (no larger than a 5x7) with your name and title of your photograph
- Enclose in envelope, $1 per submission
- Box to place submissions in the Geography office D332
- Winner receives half of total dollar amount collected
- Deadline for submissions: Friday, March 9th
Event with the Geography Club of UW-Lacrosse
- Date: April 14th
- Location: Cave of the Mounds
Spring Candy Sale:
- Brook will go to the Registration/Records for the list of parents to send letters to

Wisconsin Land Information Association (WLIA) Conference:

· March 7-9^th in Appleton, WI at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel

· Any questions contact Dr. Eric Larsen

· GTU will get a van to car pool to the conference (on Thursday, March 8th)

o Will depart around 7am and return around 6pm
