Hello, all! My name is Jen Anderson and I am the current advisor for Circle K here at UWSP. People can contact me at 346-2443, jeanders@uwsp.edu, or come to 102A Student Services Center. I’m generally in my office Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
A bit about me: I’m an Admissions Counselor on campus and have worked in this position since August 2000. I do a variety of things in my position, including traveling to College Fairs, coordinating new freshman scholarships, and coordinating graduate studies applications for our Master’s-level programs at UWSP. I’m currently working on a Master’s in Science and Education - Student Affairs in Higher Education through UW-Oshkosh. My ultimate goal is to work with diversity students. I’m a UWSP graduate, having finally finished my BA in Sociology, Business Administration minor in May 2000 (yes, finding a job right after graduation does happen!). I live in Marshfield with my fiancé and his teenage son, one indoor cat, 30+ outside cats, a Golden Retriever, a St. Bernard and one guinea pig (can you tell I’m an animal lover?). I am an avid motorcyclist and Jeep person. I also volunteer my time to a Boy Scout Troop in Marshfield and advise the Campus Girl Scouts here at UWSP. C’mon by and visit me!
