International Programs Endowment Scholarship (IPSE) We encourage you to apply for IPSE scholarships. We wish to award scholarships to students who will reflect the University’s commitment to academic excellence and international understanding. UWSP presently has IPSE scholarships available to UWSP continuing students accepted into a 2008-09 UWSP short–term or semester abroad program.
