| You may obtain an application packet by contacting your high school guidance counselor at one the ten target schools or clicking below. Applications for new participants are accepted starting in October of each year. Once completed applications are received, the potential participant is contacted to schedule an interview with one or more Upward Bound staff. Packets can also be obtained by contacting the Upward Bound Office. Successful applicants must meet eligibility requirements and reside in the target school or 8 county area. Upward Bound student selection is a competitive process. The demand far exceeds the openings available. Students who are not selected in the first round of competition are placed on a waiting list for possible future acceptance. | |
