Federal Regulations and UWSP Policies and Procedures

Among other things, these regulations require that each institution conducting federally-funded research adheres to the principles of The Belmont Report and sets forth in writing ethical principles, policies and procedures for protecting the rights and welfare of human research subjects. UWSP requires all human subject research to adhere to these ethical principles, policies and procedures whether or not federal funding is sought or received.
