Achieving Career Exploration through Service (ACES)
ACES (Achieving Career Exploration through Service) is a one-credit
pass/fail class that is offered only to students who live in the
residence halls.
The course is a combination of career exploration activities,
resume/cover letter building and writing, interview information and
service learning projects.
Each student chooses a service learning project on campus or in the
community and gives a minimum of 10 hours towards the project.
Course participants share in a final presentation on how the
experience benefited them and the organizational skills learned in the
process.
There are no fees for this course; however, there is a nominal fee for the Campbell Interest and Skills Survey.
The course is listed as English 157 and is offered Wednesdays from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. (spring 2012 semester).
