Each residence hall government team includes one green advocate (GA) position.  Green advocates are advised by their hall director and advised by Cindy Von Gnechten (Residential Living facilities designer). Working together and with the SUN (Students United for Nature) commitee, they provide environmental programming opportunities in the residence halls.

Green advocates serve as a knowledgeable environmental resource for their hall's staff and residents, host and promote the Greenest Resident Room open houses, and are instrumental in educating and inspiring our residents to live an environmentally conscious lifestyle.
