Registration & Records

Mission

The primary mission of the Office of the Registrar is to coordinate the registration of both undergraduate and graduate students and to preserve their academic records.  In addition, the Office of the Registrar ensures athletic eligibility of student athletes, coordinates education benefits for veterans and their dependents, monitors university compliance of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and maintains a historical record of academic policies and procedures.

Auxiliary services that support this mission include: web registration, degree and enrollment verifications, transcript services, academic room scheduling, degree audits, grade lists, and the preparation of timetables, reports, and diplomas.
