Introduction
Viewing & Printing Tips
  1. The site was designed for at least 800x600 screen resolution.
  2. Please change the default font of your browser to a sans serif font such as Arial. This will match the fonts used in the equations more closely. To do this with internet explorer, choose the tools menu, internet options, then choose the font button on the general tab, and finally, choose Arial for the web page font.
  3. There should be a symbol font resident on your computer. Some examples of symbols used in this document follow (if you don't see them, you will need to install a symbol font). For most computers, this shouldn't be a problem.

  4. If you are presenting the material in front of a class, increase the default font size of your browser so students will have an easier time reading the text of the material. This will help make the size of the text font and that of the font used in the equations more similar as well (the equations are actually pictures).
