Minitab v14 - Hypothesis Testing: Continuous Variables (1 Sample)
The two sets of data are given the names Words and IQ. The Minitab Worksheet is available.
Use the "1-Sample Z..." command off of the "Stat, Basic Statistics" menu. That is:
That will take you to the following dialog box:

Type Words in the "Samples in columns:" box (or double click it from the left hand menu). Then type in the "Standard Deviation :", check the "Perform hypothesis test" box, and enter the mew ("Hypothesized mean:").
Choose the "OK" button. The output will look like this:
