Albert Harris Award
Albert E. Harris obtained his Bachelor’s degree from UW-LaCrosse and his Masters of Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin ( Madison). He served as Chair of the Department of Psychology and Philosophy until it split in 1966. Harris was a member of the faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1941 until 1975. The Award for Academic Excellence in Psychology was started in 1981.
