| The goals of this course are to (a) understand the conceptual framework underpinning the topics of electricity, magnetism, optics, and modern physics, (b) apply fundamental principles of physics to the solution of practical problems encountered in natural resource management, and (c) develop laboratory techniques useful to a variety of scientific disciplines. |
| Exams 1 and 2 are administered on Monday evenings, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, in Room A-121, Science. The final examination, covering material in Chapters 25,28,29,30 will be written on Thursday, December 18, at 10:15 am, in A-107, Science. |
