Welcome to this little lesson on uncovering and examining our hidden
assumptions.
This lesson explores the intersection between critical thinking and
cognitive therapy, but because I'm a philosopher and not a psychologist,
this lesson isn't designed to be a substitute for therapy. It isn't even
designed to be particularly therapeutic. It's simply a little study of how
we might think about thinking, and I hope you enjoy it!
