This document describes the performance review and work planning process, which is a learning process whereby each employee's job performance is consciously analyzed and channeled to result in more effective attainment of organizational goals through the enhancement of employee performance. These reviews must be done at least annually according to state statute. Except for non-represented employees, monetary rewards are not linked to the reviews.
