The State of Wisconsin Application for State Employment is used for most Classified jobs here at UWSP. There are six pages to the file. The first four pages are the instructions to help you complete the form. The last two pages are the application itself. Please submit only the last two pages of the application.
The UWSP Application is used for all LTE positions or transfer opportunities. These forms should be returned to Personnel Services, 2100 Main St., Stevens Point, WI 54481.
