Nicole grew up in rural Minnesota and is a 2007 UWSP graduate. Nicole has a passion for the outdoors and traveling. She loves, camping, biking, backpacking, gardening, and birding. She has taken backpacking/hiking trips in Yellowstone, Appalachian Mountains, Northern Michigan, and the Swiss Alps. Nicole has worked for the National Park Service, National Forest Service, and for a variety of environmental non-profit organizations. When she had the opportunity to return to Stevens Point she took it and now works for the Wisconsin Center for Environmental Education on campus, where you can visit her in the Environmental Education Resource Library.
