Wire Transfer Payments

Fees for Wire transfers:

Within the US - $20

International  - $40

Use a Payment Order form and attach the required information.

Wire transfers are receipted in the beneficiary's account within 24-48 hours from the time the bank receives the request.

Information required to complete a wire transfer:

  1. Amount to transfer - Indicate if amount is US Dollars or foreign currency. We currently do not wire in foreign currency, but will convert to US Dollars

  2. Name of Bank

  3. Bank routing number for US Banks or SWIFT code for International Banks

  4. Bank address or branch code

  5. Beneficiary Name

  6. Beneficiary Address (should match address on bank account)

  7. Beneficiary Bank Account Number

    European Countries - IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

    Mexico - CLABE Number

Wire Transfer Fees are charged to the department account separately from the initial wire transfer transaction, after the actual fee is confirmed.
