Hear the languages of the world in poetry and song at the 18^th annual World Poetry Celebration of Languages on Sunday, April 1, at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

The event will be held in Room 073 of the DeBot Dining Center. The celebration begins with drumming at 1:30 p.m. followed by the readings at 2 p.m.

Sponsored by the South Asia Society and UWSP Multicultural Affairs Department, the gathering brings students, faculty and community members together to enjoy works spoken in many languages of the world. The event is open to the public and free of charge.
