Fall trip to Ireland scheduled

A weeklong fall trip to Ireland will be offered to alumni, family and friends by the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point�s Alumni Association.

Travelers will depart from Minneapolis/St. Paul on Friday, Sept. 14 and return on Saturday, Sept. 22. Cost of the trip is $1,169 per person plus $78 taxes and fees. This includes pre-flight information, air fair, seven nights of accommodations in first-class hotels, a full breakfast daily, motor coach transportation in country, luggage handling and tipping.

The trip to southern Ireland will include stays in the towns of Limerick, Waterford, Kenmare and Tralee providing opportunities to visit sites in County Limerick, County Waterford, and County Kerry.  Optional day and evening excursions to other areas of the country such as Dublin and Galway also will be available for booking prior to departure.

A special film presentation and informational meeting will be held in Room 125 of the University Center at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 1. Registration for the meeting, brochures and more information are available by calling (1-877-POINT01) or by e-mailing (alumni@uwsp.edu).
